1. Live in CWLL boundaries (see the Boundary Map below)

2. Attend school in a school within those same boundaries

3. Have played at CWLL previously if you no longer live or go to school in bounds. (Your play has to be continuous spring seasons and you will need a waiver)

- Players from divided homes may choose to play in a league in whose boundaries either parent resides.

- Players may receive a waiver from the District 2 Administrator under special circumstances

Residency: Provide a different proof of residency from each of the three groups definced by Little League. You can find a flier in the links below for the specific details.

School: Provide a filled out School Enrollment Form provided by Little League or a Certified enrollment record, confirming current enrollment, that includes the school’s physical address and the original signature of the school’s senior administrator (principal, headmaster, etc.)

Tournament Player Verification Form: Provide a previous Tournament Player Verification form, with proper proofs and signatures
